Shipping

I take great care in preparing every handcrafted arrangement before it leaves my hands. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

I ship worldwide! Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

I want you to love your Lush Legacy Florals piece. If you're not completely satisfied, I accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email me at LushLegacyFlorals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
I'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrived damaged or I made an error with your order, I'll cover the return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please reach out and I'll work with you to find the best solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and I'll make it right promptly.
