Returns
I want you to love your Lush Legacy Florals piece. If you're not completely satisfied, I accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Email me at LushLegacyFlorals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. I'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll process your refund to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrived damaged or I made an error, I'll cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I'll make it right promptly.
